Active Learning and Skill (ALS)provides youth clubs in Ilminster, Crewkerne, Chard and South Petherton. Since beginning this innovative work with a group of 5 young volunteers in 2009, over 200 young people have helped 15 staff run services in Crewkerne, South Petherton, Chard, & Ilminster, with 50 – 70 volunteers on the books at any one time.

We are a small team of youth workers working with young people where they are hanging out in Chard. We do a lot of work down at the skate park and you will see us out and about around Chard.
